You should find the Baby Bod app very easy to use. Below is the Baby Bod app guide to help you on your way.
The purpose of the Baby Bod app is to help you keep track of the exercises in the Baby Bod program: please refer to the exercise guidelines, detailed instructions and precautions in the Baby Bod book.
You need to sign up to create an account to use the Baby Bod app, in order that the app can remember your exercise schedule.
You can create an account either by using an e mail address, google + or facebook
This the main home screen of the Baby Bod app.
Start at the Baby Bod program tab, from there you will get an overview of the program (make sure you read this section first as it contains essential precautions and guidelines) and full details of the preliminary and advanced programs.
When you are ready to create your schedule go to the Exercise Tracker tab.Remember to check out some of our favorite product on the Baby Bod Store tab.
Preliminary Baby Bod Program
These are the exercises that form the Preliminary Baby Bod Exercise program. Please read the guidelines on when and how to perform the exercises.
Each tab will take you to a series of specific exercises, for each exercise there is a detailed image and summary of how to perform the exercise.
The advanced program is set up in the same way.
You can create, view and edit your schedule using this screen.
You can also see today’s schedule and your saved schedules
In the tracker history you can see your exercises performed.
Today’s schedule contains the exercises that you need to perform today. You can check off your exercises as you do them .
To create a schedule simply click on create schedule, choose either the preliminary or advanced program choose you start and end dates and save.
To start tracking your exercises go to today’s schedule.
Click your program, perform your exercises and check off when done.
When you have completed all your exercises for today the Baby Bod app will tell you that your exercises are complete. If ” you don’t get the “congratulations” signal then you may have missed some.
If you get the “congratulations” signal then the app will ask you if want to share it with your friends on facebook or twitter.
Editing Advanced Schedule
When you originally set up a schedule for the advanced program you selected a start date, end date and days of the week to perform the exercises. The app will then create a schedule for you based on the days of the week you chose from the start date and end date
If you need to edit the schedule please note:
- You can only edit dates greater than today
- If you change the days of the week, it will change the days for the entire schedule from today onwards
- TIP: If you want to do your exercises on Monday and Thursday of this week, on Wednesday and Saturday of next week and Tuesday and Sunday of the following week, the easiest way is to set up 3 separate schedules.
Editing Preliminary Schedule
When you originally set up a schedule for the preliminary program you selected a start date and, end date. The app will then create a schedule for you for each day.
If you need to edit the schedule simply change the end date.
You cannot only edit dates greater than today.
